Install VirtualBox 4.3.20

Instructions on how to install VirtualBox 4.3.20:

1.) Click here to open link .

2.) Click on download icon.

3.) Save the file on your Desktop for the time being.

4.) Click on [Run] button or just double click the downloaded file.

5.) Click [Next] button.

6.) Click [Next] button again.

7.) Click [Next] button again for the last time.

8.) Click [Yes] button to continue.

9.) Click [Install] button to start installing.

10.) When a pop-up prompt appear, click on [Install] again.

11.) Click on [Finish] button.

12.) (VirtualBox is ready to use).

Install old copy of Cisco VPN Client v4.60


Install Instructions:


2.) Click on download icon.

3.) Save the file on your Desktop for the time being.

4.) Right click on downloaded file.  A pop-up window will appear.

5.) Click "Extract All..." .

6.) Click [Extract] button to extract files within a zip file.

7.) Browse into subfolder and find "Setup.exe" . Double click "Setup.exe" .

8.) Click on [Next] button.

9.) Click [Yes] button.

10.) Click [Next] button .

11.) Click on [Next] again.

12.) Click [Finish] to restart your computer.

13) Restart the computer. Download manual to configure old Cisco VPN Client v4.60: (click here to download the instruction manual.)

Install old Citrix Receiver version 3.3.0 that is required by some Legacy Apps


Installation Instructions:

1.) Download old Citrix Receiver version 3.3.0 by clicking on this link .

2.) Double click on the downloaded file.

4.) Click [Install] button.

Google Chrome "Aw, Snap!" error solutions



Sometimes we encounter an "Aw, Snap!" error when browsing a website or just opening a Google Chrome browser. I compiled all possible solutions below. You may try each one of them until issue subside.

Solution 1: Create a new user profile.
Follow these steps:
1. Exit Chrome
2. Find the "Default" folder. It's located in the following locations:
    Windows:
        - Window XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\
        - Window Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\
    Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default
    Linux: ~/.config/google-chrome/Default
3. Rename the folder as "Backup default."
4. Restart Chrome.

Solution 2: Uninstall or configure the following applications that conflict with google chrome.
Applications that have reported conflicting with Google Chrome Browser.
a) Spyware Doctor
b) Comodo firewall
c) McAfee Enterprise
d) McAfee Virus Scan

Follow these steps to uninstall application(s): 



Solution 3: Check for malware.
Install new version of AVG anti-virus software. You can search and download it on google or yahoo.

Solution 4: Check your extension.
Try to disable each extension which causing the problem.
1. Click icon shown below, located on the chrome toolbar.

2. Select "Tools" then select "Extensions"

3. On the Extensions page, unselect the "Enabled" checkbox for the extension you like to temporarily remove.
